Simply bring your frame and current prescription into the store—no appointment necessary—and we’ll sit down with you for a complimentary one-on-one consultation. We will carefully inspect the frame for stress marks, cracks, loose components, and other signs of wear to determine whether it is suitable for new lenses.
If you decide to proceed we will discuss your lifestyle and visual requirements (whether that’s working at a computer, driving, reading, or spending time on your phone) and recommend lens options and coatings that best suit your needs.
Lastly we will take precise measurements to ensure optimal vision and comfort. Then leave your frame with us and we will take care of the rest!
PLEASE NOTE: While we carefully inspect every frame and they are handled with great care by experienced professionals, older frames can develop hidden stress points that may not be visible during inspection. As a result, there is always a slight risk of breakage when replacing lenses in an existing frame. We will advise you of any concerns before proceeding, but lens replacement is ultimately performed at the owner’s risk.
