Our Founders at Not Another Eye Store never had satisfactory experiences purchasing eyeglasses; Be it the service, price or quality. After years of unsatisfactory eyewear purchases, they decided to start their own business solely to help out the community. Their motto was, is and always will be to deliver astounding service so our patients leave with an experience like never before. We have year round promotions and sales, so the price is always right for our customers. We carry both local designer brands and worldwide designer brands, along with a local lab which custom creates your lenses to your prescription, each company handpicked by our Founders for the best quality and service.
Our staff at Not Another Eye Store all have many years of experience in the customer service business and/or optical industry. We have knowledgeable staff to help you with your eyewear and eyecare needs. Since opening in 2019, we have continued to grow in staff and customers, and because of this growth, our family at Not Another Eye Store has grown immensely.

When coming up with a name for our store, our Founders definitely thought about different names, but it never called out to who they really are. Not Another Eye Store stuck with them because they really created an eyewear store that is not like any-other eye store out there.
Firstly, we are a local store who supports other local businesses like local frame brands from KayCee Eyewear and local lab companies. Secondly, we work with you on price and stick to your budget. Thirdly, we strive to provide the best customer service. And finally, we carry quality local designer and worldwide designer brands that you wish to support. At Not Another Eye Store, you are not just a number in our system, you are like family. And like family, we will make sure you’re always taken care of no matter the issue.

Even if you aren’t a customer who bought from us previously, we still give you free adjustments. We love meeting and bonding with our customers whenever they need adjustments or even just walk in to say hi. We also direct bill to a number of benefit providers so you don’t have to do it yourself. No benefits? No Problem! We can take care of you while staying below your budget. Giving you an eye test at the lowest price available, with us that is one of the many benefits of being part of our family!
